*Free Delivery is available for items delivered to the following capital cities and their metro areas:

  • Adelaide
  • Brisbane
  • Canberra
  • Darwin
  • Melbourne
  • Sydney
  • Perth
  • Hobart

For all other locations, there will be additional freight fees applied.

We do not accept returns and don't give a refund if you change your mind or decide that the product is not quite what you were looking for.

If there is a faulty part or problem with the product during the warranty period (for example a rope isn’t connected correctly or there is a rip) we need/require a photo and description of the fault/problem to make sure it’s not the result of general wear and tear. If it is determined to be faulty, we will send a new replacement hammock/part free of charge. We may not need the old one back.

If a frame is missing a piece, we will send out a replacement.

We do not accept returns if your order isn't what you expected or wanted, or if the item was delivered late. We have no control over the courier delivery times, and as such accept no responsibility or liability for this.

All payments must be received in full prior to order delivery.

If payments have an error or are declined later by your bank or credit card issuer, the products remain the property of Buy Hammocks Online until fully paid.

Products that have been delivered, and remain unpaid after 30 days since delivery may result in debt collection.

Product Delivery

We may use one or various couriers to deliver the product(s) shown on your order confirmation.

We try our best to have the products processed and sent in a prompt manner, however many factors can affect delivery time frames and we cannot guarantee that the time frames will always be met.

We assume no liability for any couriers actions, so if your order is delayed, or is delivered in a manner that was not what you were expecting, or if the instructions you provided for the courier were not followed, you must follow this up with the Courier that delivers your product, with the tracking number(s) we provide you.

Po Boxes and military addresses will not be accepted.

Personal pick up is not allowed from our warehouse(s).
