- We purchased this thinking it came with the frame included. My mistake, I should have read the product description thoroughly. The support guy was quick to reply and friendly, he offered the frame that comes in the combo for the same price I would have paid for the combo, which we accepted. Seems as though they have made it clearer that its the hammock only option than when I originally purchased. All that said, the hammock feels nice and the colours are vibrant. Delivery was pretty quick. I would recommend getting the combo over the single item unless you have another way of hanging it.
