eGift Cards

eGift Cards are available for purchase through this website. Each eGift card will be assigned an expiry date from the date of purchase.

eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash or any other form of currency, other than the intended credit at our Online Store.

Funds that have not been used prior to the specified exipry date will not be made available again and cannot be refunded.

The prices for the products on this website are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST.

By using our site and purchasing a product via Buy Hammocks Online, you agree to the Terms & Conditions set out on this page.


All products have a one year warranty on all materials and workmanship from the time of sale.

If you receive your hammock faulty or if your hammock has a fault during the warranty period, you may be eligible for an exchange of the same product or something similar. Refunds are only given if we cannot give you an exchange for the same or similar product.

To claim your warranty, please write to us at sales@hammocks.com.au detailing the product and fault. You may be required to cut off bits of the product and mail it back for us, or send the product back to us for inspection.

Claims can be rejected if The Hammock Co finds that the result of the fault is due to misuse (example: Hammocks that have been left outdoors under direct sunlight or rain).


We do not accept returns and give a refund if you change your mind or decide that the product is not quite what you were looking for.

We can, however, give you credit if you return the product to us in an un-used condition in its original packaging. You will cover postage to return the goods to us and for a replacement.


All payments must be received in full prior to dispatch.

If payments have an error or be declined later by your bank or credit card issuer, the products remain the property of The Hammock Co until fully paid.

Unpaid products for over 30 days that have been delivered to you may result to debt collection. All legal fees and cost related to debt collection will be carried by you.

Product Delivery

We will deliver the product shown on your order confirmation.

We will try our best to deliver the products in a prompt manner, however many factors can affect delivery timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.

Personal pick up is not allowed from our warehouse.

Free shipping applies only to anywhere in Australia. For orders outside Australia, you are allowed to place an order but the freight costs will be manually calculated based on the product and location. An email of the freight cost and options will be sent to you for confirmation prior to despatch.
