Hammock is awesome. Almost fell asleep on first use.
Customer service is INCREDIBLE!! I accidentally purchased the 2m double I instead of 3m double. Jeremy responded to my email on a Sunday, and explained instal to me, & also said I could exchange if I prefer, which i did. I had the 2nd hammock 48hrs later ....incredible!
