At Mayan Legacy, we are committed to offer only the Highest Quality products at fair prices. We offer a 12 months guarantee in all our products against defects in workmanship and materials (not including damage due to misuse, weather or salt damage). We recommend to follow the instructions available on the purchase of each hammock.

General Policy for Returns

Full refunds will be available for up to 30 days from the day you receive your order. If your return is in any way a result of an error by MAYAN LEGACY, we will provide you with a prepaid mailing label to the return the merchandise and will happily refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product(s) you are returning after receiving the goods.

If the return is not a result of an error by MAYAN LEGACY (change of mind), you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the order and any costs associated with returning the item(s). No refunds will be available after the 30-day period has expired.
